All of our table numbers have been hand painted, custom made and created from high quality products.
Our acrylic table numbers are delicate. Table numbers returned chipped or scratched will incur a damage fee. Table numbers returned broken will incur a replacement fee.
Please make sure to wipe down all cake stands prior to returning them to avoid any sticky residue that may result in mold or hardening. Stands returned with scratches or signs of damage will be charged a damage fee, where as stands return broken or chipped will incur a replacement fee.
To ensure that all customers have the opportunity to display the candles in the same quality, we kindly ask you to please follow these rules when using real candles within the container:
Placing candles directly inside the mercury glass without a cup is not permitted.
At the conclusion of your event, please blow out the candle and wait for the wax to completely harden, approximately 10 minutes, prior to placing it back inside the box it came in.
Any containers returned with wax residue will incur a damage fee.
Any containers returned with cracks or scratches will be charged a replacement fee.
All of our neon signs have been custom made for Modest Peach and we would love to ensure they are well taken care of for all of our customers to enjoy.
Please make sure to have the neon sign covered or wrapped in the same material used when picked up from Modest Peach when transporting.
Do NOT stack anything on top of the neon sign.
Please make sure the cords are bundled and tied together when transporting.
To avoid pressure on the bulbs, please lie the neon signs on a flat surface when transporting.
All of our chalkboards will be cleaned prior to your use. Please make sure to wipe down all chalkboards prior to returning them. We encourage using real chalk or chalk pens on the boards. The use of sharpie or paint pens are NOT allowed.
